Mr. Mukul Roy (Director)
Mukul Roy is a veteran EPC project leader with more than three decades of experience delivering complex infrastructure and industrial projects across the power, oil & gas, and heavy engineering sectors. Throughout his career, Mr. Roy has led the execution of several landmark power projects in India, including the EPC implementation of India’s first 700 MWe PHWR nuclear reactor units at Kakrapar and Rawatbhata. He has also played a pivotal role in resolving critical contractual and execution challenges in large thermal power projects such as the Raghunathpur and Rosa power plants. He has successfully managed projects and engineering programs for leading organizations including NPCIL, NTPC, DVC, Tata Power, Reliance Power, BPCL, IOCL, and WBPDCL. At Stellamight, Mr. Roy provides strategic oversight for large EPC deployments, engineering governance, and complex project delivery. His leadership ensures that Stellamight’s process plant installations—from biodiesel and bioethanol facilities to oleochemical processing systems—meet the highest standards of engineering quality, safety, and operational reliability. His extensive experience in project revival, engineering risk management, and multi-stakeholder coordination continues to strengthen Stellamight’s ability to execute demanding industrial projects.

Mr. Prasanta Debnath (CEO)
Prasanta Debnath is a civil engineer from Jadavpur University with more than 16 years of experience in infrastructure development, engineering project management, and industrial EPC execution. Over the course of his career, he has worked on large-scale construction and engineering projects across India, developing deep expertise in project planning, contract administration, and execution management. Before co-founding Stellamight’s associated ventures in the renewable energy and process engineering space, Mr. Debnath held key leadership roles in major engineering organizations. He served as Head of Planning & Contract Management at Punj Lloyd and previously worked in project execution and contract management roles at Reliance Infrastructure, where he contributed to complex power and infrastructure projects. At Stellamight, he oversees operational strategy, project execution frameworks, and engineering coordination for large-scale industrial plants including biodiesel, bioethanol, and oleochemical facilities. His ability to integrate engineering planning with practical project execution enables Stellamight to deliver high-efficiency process plants with reliable timelines and cost control. Mr. Debnath is particularly focused on building scalable EPC systems that support India’s transition toward sustainable energy and circular industrial processes.
