Solvent Extraction Plant

Biogas is a renewable, clean fuel produced from the breakdown of organic matter (like food scraps, manure, sewage) by microorganisms in the absence of oxygen (anaerobic digestion), primarily composed of methane and carbon dioxide, used for cooking, electricity, or vehicle fuel, and leaves behind a nutrient-rich fertilizer

Modular

A biodiesel modular plant is a pre-engineered, compact biodiesel production unit that is built in modules (skid-mounted systems) and delivered ready to install and operate. Instead of building a large custom plant on-site, a modular plant comes as factory-assembled blocks, making it faster and easier to set up.

High Yield

High yield in biodiesel means getting a maximum amount of biodiesel (FAME) from the oil/fat feedstock with minimum loss and high conversion efficiency.
👉 More biodiesel output from the same oil input = High Yield

Typical high yield values

  • 95–98% = very good yield (commercial level)

  • 98–99%+ = excellent (with good feedstock + process control)

  • <90% = low yield (usually due to poor feedstock or process issues)

EPC Turnkey

EPC Turnkey in biodiesel means a contractor delivers the complete biodiesel plant project from start to finish, and hands it over ready to operate.
EPC = Engineering, Procurement, Construction
Engineering: plant design, process layout, PFD/P&ID, calculations
Procurement: buying all equipment, materials, instruments
Construction: installation, piping, electrical, commissioning support
